Is my table request a confirmed booking?
No. A host will review your enquiry and contact you to confirm availability.
What if I plan to arrive later?
Guest-list arrival times run until 1:00 AM. Table requests run until 1:30 AM. For a later arrival, leave the time blank and add your expected arrival in Notes.
How do I sign in to my membership?
Use your mobile number and the verification code sent by SMS. Your membership card is available in the member app.
What is the dress code?
Stylish, elegant and fashionable. Sportswear, shorts, sliders, and woolly hats are not permitted. Ladies are encouraged to wear heels or boots. Gents should opt for clean, smart trainers. Entry is at the discretion of the door.
Do I need ID?
Runway is for guests aged 18 and over. Bring a physical official photo ID for entry.
